For a girls' night I chose to make this lovely berry nectarine cobbler (instead of an appetizer...hehe).
The colors were almost as wonderful as the flavor!
It is the perfect summer dessert because it is just as good served chilled as it is warm. AND even better, it is the easiest recipe! I am a terrible baker (my mom is a baker so I never had to learn) and I still got rave reviews.
