When I was drawing my Map of Manhattan I reignited my love for oil pastels! I decided to re-draw this piece in a new medium. I love the result.
Pastels allow for such wonderful, rich colors and textures. They are such a cool medium and I expect to be using them a lot more in the future.
The set I used for these is the set I was given for my 6th birthday. I think new pastels are in order!
